*We no longer have rainbow!* My capes are 22" long with hook/loop to close. This listing includes a cape in your choice of 12 colors with a shape and letter sewn on!

If you would like to add one additional initial to your cape this can be done for an added cost of $2 per cape. Please contact us BEFORE ordering if you would like to do this, as we will need to set up a custom listing for you.

Our turnaround time before mailing personalized capes is generally 2 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri). There can be exceptions to this, so please send us a convo if you need your order before a certain date. Our turnaround times may change around the holidays or other busy times. You can always check our shop message to see if orders are taking longer to ship out.

Most packages will arrive more quickly, but please allow for 7 days in shipping time (not including the shop turnaround time). Upon shipping the product out on time we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping outside of our control. Tracking numbers can be provided upon request.

If you need expedited shipping there are multiple options available in the shipping drop down menu at checkout.

Once a package is showing delivered, there is nothing further we can do. If we do everything on our end, we can no longer be responsible for packages that get stolen from your box or porch or even are mis-delivered by USPS.
If your package is 'lost' or sent to an old address, we will keep an eye out for it to be returned to us and work with you to get it out again. If it happened b/c you provided an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping again for us to put it back out to you. We are super careful with addresses, but if it is our typing mistake, we will absolutely fix it right up at our own expense!

We know you want to order as close to your party as possible and work with you so you have time to get the most accurate RSVP list you can.
That said, we also want to make sure you actually receive your capes in time! :)
We ship from PA and NC. If you are West Coast, please order 9-10 days out from your party to take advantage of regular (vs express) shipping.
If you are East Coast, you can wait until the weekend before your party to order.
*The exception to this would be anything personalized, in which case it's always a good idea to check with us and make sure we can accommodate a quick turnaround that week!
