• What is your turn around time?

We start production once we receive payment for your order. Production time takes 1-2 business days, and custom orders can take up to 3 business days. Please see our Shop Policies for details on shipping delivery times. Shipping upgrades are available at the time of check out if your order is time sensitive. Located in Vancouver, BC? Feel free to contact us to arrange for pick-up to save on shipping fees!

• Do you provide gift packaging / possible to ship to the recipient / can you include a gift note?

We aim to be environmentally friendly and resourceful. When possible, we will combine multiple items into 1 of our OhKuol branded gift boxes. If you require each item to be individually boxed or if you need us to include a hand written gift note, please let us know in the Notes to Seller section and we'd be happy to accommodate! We can also ship your gift directly to the recipient; simply enter the recipient's address as the mailing address at check out.

• Will what I receive look exactly like photos?

We use quality materials to ensure our jewelry can be worn for years to come. Our semi-precious gemstones are natural and each one may vary slightly from photos in terms of colour, size, and shape. If the stones we have varies greatly from photo, we would contact you for your approval :) We have listings where we list out all the available stones for you to choose from. In such listings, the stone you choose will be the exact one you receive. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

• Tips for jewelry care?

To care for our jewelry, please remove the jewelry prior to showering, bathing, swimming, exercising, and hand washing. Common household chemicals, soaps, and moisturizers could cause metals to corrode. When the jewelry is not being worn, keep it in a plastic bag, sealed away from air, to prevent oxidization. For more details on jewelry care, please visit our Shop Policies. Have specific questions? Feel free to ask us!

Custom and personalized orders

We are always happy to accept custom orders! Although, please keep in mind, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, including custom birthstone rings that has been customized to you. We thank you for your understanding!

• Do you offer consignment?

Wholesale orders are welcome, no consignment. We are sorry, but we don't do trades either.

Charming, delicate bracelet. Beads are much smaller in size than common mala beads, just to get idea of scale. Photos show very close-up detail. Adds the graceful, feminine touch as I wear it. Lovely shop, great communication and service. Thank you very much.
