If there is a problem with your order, an error in personalization, a defect, damage during shipping, or if I made a mistake, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right. Because many items are personalized or made-to-order, the guarantee does not cover personal preferences, buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or variations in color caused by screen settings, lighting, garment dye lots, or normal differences between product photos and physical items. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out before leaving a review. I genuinely want every customer to have a positive experience and will do my best to find a fair solution.

Sizes are individually listed in each item's description. Apparel typically runs true to size, but please refer to the provided sizing charts for accurate measurements. If you're uncertain or have questions about fit or sizing, don't hesitate to message me!

Custom & Personalized Orders

I gladly accept custom and personalized orders! If you can't find exactly what you're looking for, send me a message and I'd be happy to discuss creating something special just for you. To personalize an item, use Etsy's personalization box located near the product photos and above the "Add to Cart" button. If a personalization box is not available, please include your requested details in the "Notes to Seller" section during checkout. Please double-check all names, dates, and spelling before placing your order, as personalized items are created based on the information provided.

Jewelry Safety & Children - Choking Hazard

Items in my shop are not intended for small children due to potential choking hazards. Children under three should always be supervised around jewelry or accessories containing small parts. Jewelry purchased for young children should be worn only during special occasions and under supervision. Please ensure children do not chew, play with, or put small jewelry pieces in their mouths.

Professional Apparel Printing

My apparel items are professionally printed using high-quality production methods selected for durability, comfort, and vibrant color. Depending on the garment, design, and fulfillment needs, items may be produced either in-house by Cedar & Tin or through trusted production partners who meet my quality standards. All designs are created by Cedar & Tin and printed on premium apparel brands such as Comfort Colors, Bella Canvas, and Gildan. These are professional garment prints and not vinyl decals or iron-on transfers.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

Possibly. Some apparel items may be produced by trusted production partners and shipped separately from handmade or personalized items created in my Texas studio. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.

Photos and Listing Images

All designs, images, and descriptions are protected by copyright and may not be used without prior consent. I occasionally photograph completed orders for marketing and social media. If you prefer your item not to be photographed or shared publicly, please let me know when placing your order.

Currently, international shipping is limited to Canada. Please note international orders may incur customs fees or taxes, applied upon delivery. These fees vary and are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot adjust declared values or mark packages as gifts.

Production Time and Shipping

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. During busy seasons, production times may extend. Please check the shop banner and shipping tab for current processing estimates.

Will my item look exactly like the sample photo?

I make every effort to accurately represent colors, designs, and product details in my listing photos. However, colors may appear slightly different in person due to monitor settings, screen brightness, device displays, lighting conditions, garment dye lots, and printing processes. Because items are handmade or produced individually, slight variations in color placement, print appearance, wood grain, engraving depth, and other natural characteristics may occur. These differences are normal and make each piece unique. If you have questions about a specific color or product before ordering, please feel free to message me. I'm always happy to help clarify details before your purchase.

The time it takes to create your item from start to finish will depend on my current workload.
