The digital designs by Blixa 6 Studios are intended for personal use. By purchasing my products, you agree to my Policies and Terms of Use. Please review them carefully before completing your order.

• All our products include a complimentary Standard License which applies to only one clip art set, powerpoint template or graphic collection.

• All personal use is permitted.

• You may create up to a total of 500 units for commercial sale with a Standard License. If you wish to create more units of commercial products, please purchase my extended license for 5000 units in commercial use.

• The artwork must be incorporated into a new product to make it available for sale. The end product may be physical or digital - e.g. wedding stationery, apparel, housewares.

• Graphics cannot be re-sold, copied or transferred. You cannot make new clip art or digital graphic resources for sale using our designs.

• Use the graphics to make unlimited items for your own business use - e.g. your logo, branding or social media, etc.

DO use the items for:
• Scrapbooking

• Your personal website, blog, banner, avatar, shop banner

• Your personal business cards and personal branding
• Your personal printed media such as invitations, labels, cards
• Your personal tags, labels, stickers and other miscellaneous for your artwork

But DON'T:
• Sell or share - as is or altered, on any website or elsewhere.
• Share or distribute the files.
• Sell the files as is or altered and / or claim as your own.

• Use the designs as-is, without significant modification, to create products, including for print on demand websites like Cafe Press, Redbubble, Zazzle or Spoonflower.
• Use the files to create a logo, banner, avatar, invitation, blog, shop banner, site or any other digital design and sell it to your customers - to do that you will need to purchase an extended commercial license and 'flatten' the artwork in the file. (See below)

In ALL Cases:
YOU MUST modify the original assets you purchased by adding other elements, colors, text, texture, layout or design. Your end result must be significantly different than the original graphic used and require time, effort, and skill to produce.

Purchasing this product does not transfer copyright. All rights remain with Blixa 6 Studios.
