My macramé jewellery is made using materials such as cotton and nylon and some beads are tibetan silver or silver plated. To ensure the life of your jewellery please minimise contact with perfume, water, lotion or sweat and store jewellery away from sunlight. Most items can be cleaned with a dry cloth or a little soap water with a light touch, please don't scrub.

Sizing for necklaces is clearly stated. I can make most items to suit specific sizing requirements so if in doubt, please ask. It's the buyers responsibility to ask for custom sizes, if an item doesn't fit and it's returned then I can refund the item price only.

Lost and delayed items

Distance selling rules apply in the UK, elsewhere I am not responsible for lost or delayed items. Proof of posting will be obtained and there is an option of tracked/recorded shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address/Returned Mail

Please check addresses carefully, I cannot be held responsible if your address is incorrect. If an item is returned to me because of this or if the item is not collected etc then you will be required to pay additional postage for the item to be resent. Cancellations will not be accepted at this point.

Can I cancel my workshop?

To allow time to fill your place on a workshop it is asked that you provide a minimum of 1 weeks notice, if you can manage this then you will receive a refund.

This tutorial is a guide, the materials listed are the ones I like to use but other beads, threads and cords, including wool and hemp, can also be used. The tutorial provides three slightly different versions of the square knot bracelet along with further suggestions and examples, it’s up to you where you go with it!
