You will need to pay the shipping cost to return any items, taking them to your local post office is usually the best option. Also, there is a 20% restocking charge that applies to all returns, unless it was an error on our part.

When should I order Freeze Dried Rose Petals? How long do they last?

Freeze dried rose petals are still perishable, they retain their ideal color for about a month when stored properly. We hold orders to ship based on your event date, so ordering in advance is highly recommended. It's best to order at least 3 months in advance so we can be sure to have the color and quantity you need, and we will ship at the appropriate time. You simply enter your Event Date and we'll handle the rest. We've been doing this for over 20 years, so we know how to provide the absolute best quality with the least amount of stress on your end. If you have any special requirements, such as leaving early for a destination wedding, just include that in the comments on checkout and we will factor it in when scheduling shipping.
