Your order will be shipped from Italy and will fly to you with Registered Airmail by Poste Italiane, that is fully trackable with tracking number, in almost any countries of the world (except to Canada and Australia, in my experience).
If you are interested in Insured Airmail, or other ways, please convo me before to pay the order.
I usually go the post office 2 or 3 times in a week.
You can find the tracking number in your Etsy orders. I always send a message with the tracking number when order is completed.
To pick up the shipment you will have to sign on delivery.
In my experience, if you are not at the destination address, a notice will be left on the day of delivery.
You will have a few days to agree on a new delivery of the shipment (each country has its own rules), after which the shipment will be returned to the sender (me) as unclaimed. The costs for a new shipment are at the buyer's expense. Returned orders can't be cancelled and refunded.
Delivery time (business days): Italy 3/5 days, Europe 5/9 days, U.S.A. 10/18 working days, Japan 10/18, Rest of the World 18/22 days.
Delivery times are indicative and sometimes not real.
It may happen that the postal service or customs hold the package even for several weeks, for reasons unknown to me. This is unfortunately out of my control, sorry!
In the event of important delays in delivery, which go beyond the 6 weeks, I will open a complaint with the Poste Italiane service and proceed with a new shipment of your order.

During holiday periods, such as Christmas, delivery times will be slower, due to the intense traffic in international shipping.
Do you want to receive your purchases in time for Christmas? My advice is to place your order by mid-November.
IMPORTANT!!! Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance the shipment of your order will be slower than usual.
