All our art is insured against damage in shipping on your behalf as part of the fee you pay.

We do our best to quickly work with buyers that receive an item that is damaged.

Any art that states its a wall item... will have a wall mount location on back.

A square area with our company logo, it will safely rest over a standard screw or nail and hold the art flush to the wall when the screw / nail is properly mounted to the proper depth.

Heavier items are best to have the screw / nail installed to a stud, or to use a wall anchor. Mounting the art will be the same.

As there are many variations of white marble, please do not assume it will look like your white marble expectation.

All other finishes are Faux, they are all hand painted and finished to reflect the desired color design.

I am giving zero stars. It arrived broken. I contacted the seller. They told me to go to their FAQ page. That was thier customer service. So, I decided to not further my self with them. I bought gorilla glue, and glued it. I'll never buy from them again. Lesson learned. Please do not email me, and ask me to change my review. It is not happening. Please see my review for further questions.

We get your 1 star as Fedex broke the art. It was very well packed so we did nothing wrong. We explained immediate response.. not to worry. The art is insured & will be taken care. But we need your help to file damage claim while we work on replacement. We need photos of the damage.. you would not send them. WAS asking your help to much for you? You can not expect us to just send a brand new piece right away & not have proof it was broken. PLEASE, BUYERS. Do not order if you can not be kind and help us when item is damaged. It is art. It is NOT plastic toys like art from china. So it needs extra care when handling. WHAT lesson? You never gave us the chance to help you. Ridiculous! buyers use feedback inappropriately. Does it really make you feel that much better! Just act like adult & work together.
