Gift Wrapping and Gift Notes

To keep shipping costs down, we do not gift wrap. Many of our items are bulky and heavy. We would need to ship a box within a box which adds weight and increases shipping costs. We will be happy to include a gift note with the item for direct shipped packages. Please leave in Notes to Seller box what you would like to say on the gift note.

Custom and Personalized Orders

We can do custom and personalized orders. Please contact us before ordering, if you have a special verse, graphic or logo you would like to engrave on one of our items.

Processing and Shipping Options

Design, proof approval and engraving usually takes two to three business days. Under normal conditions USA shipping takes another 3 to 12 days, depending on which shipping option you select. Covid-19 has changed delivery times in some locations and it may take an additional 20 days for some packages to be delivered. The carriers do not guarantee a delivery date in case the carrier is having shipping or delivery issues. International shipping could take 10 to 60 days depending on the country and how fast the package gets thru customs.

VAT and Customs Taxes

VAT taxes and customs taxes are not included in our prices. Buyers will be responsible for these taxes.

To Avoid Delay In Processing Your Order

Until your order is shipped we ask that you check your Etsy account daily in case we have a question or email you a proof. If we do not hear from you your order we may cancel your order and give you a refund.

What Happened To The US Military Listings?

We decided not to renew our license to list USMC or the other service branches products. The criteria to renew was a huge hurdle. Though we are not allowed to list or promote military items we are allowed to sell on request. Contact us if you would like to have one of our items engraved with a service branch logo.

What to do if item arrived damaged?

This rarely happens, but what we need you to do if it does. We will need a picture of the damaged item and the packing box to issue a refund or replace the item. The photos are necessary to file a damage claim. Please save the item(s) and package, just in case the carrier needs to see the package to complete the claim. Contact us if you have any questions.
