In order to keep our shipping fees as low as possible, our standard shipping option does not include Lost Parcel Insurance. If you select the standard option and your parcel is lost in the mail, we will not be able to offer a refund or reshipment.

IF YOU PURCHASED INSURANCE, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 60 DAYS of purchase if you have not received your parcel. Insurance claims have a 60-day window. After 60 days, we cannot file a claim and therefore will not be able to offer a refund or reshipment.

Customers are responsible for understanding and paying all duties or import fees charged by your country.

FOR USA BUYERS:
◆ Duties and tariffs are pre-paid, and partly accounted for in our shipping fees. We pay for the rest out of our profits.
◆ If you refuse to pay the import fees and instead send the package back as Return to Sender, our shipping company will charge us a $7 fee to receive that return, which will be deducted from your refund once it arrives back.
◆ Return to sender shipments are initially sent to the NY-based shipping location of our shipping carrier -- Chit Chats. It takes anywhere from a few weeks to a few months before returns are transported to our local Chit Chats for pick up. Refunds, minus the $7 return fee, will be issued once the parcel reaches our location.
