Do you offer free shipping on orders over 35.00?

I do have some listings that shipping is included but in reality shipping is not free, the shop owner either pays for shipping by inflating prices on their items to cover the cost of shipping or it is included already in the price . I have never felt it fair to charge someone more for a single item so they can cover the cost for someone that does spend over 35.00 . If you compare shops that offer free shipping or free shipping elligible more times than not you will find their overall price is higher

Will my soap melt in hot weather?

Our soap will not melt in hot weather. I make all of our soaps from scratch by using the old fashioned cold process method with a curing time of at least 3 weeks, Only soaps made with a melt and pour base will melt in warmer temps

What Carrier Do You Use To Ship

All of my products are shipped with USPS. Any that weigh under 16 oz are mailed first class and over 16 oz are shipped Priority. If you have mail delivered by USPS to a Post Office Box please include that in your address when you check out. Unfortunatley UPS and Fed Ex are both over an hour round trip from me and are more expensive to ship with

My package is showing delivered but was not

Please contact your local post office and have them Geo Locate your package with your tracking number. It may have been misdelivered to a neighbor in error. If they have misdelivered, they should be able to help you file a claim

Handcrafted Grape Flavored Lip Balm glides on nice and smooth without a waxy feeling and really nourishes the lips and I handcraft them in small batches to ensure quality. I never add any sweetener so you are not licking your lips making them more chapped. Poured into an oval tube so it will not roll away if you drop it on the floor. Most commercially made lip balms are made with petroleum. paraben, alcohol ,and other chemicals.

Our lip balms are made with Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Shea Butter. Vitamin E and Organic Beeswax from right here on our farm. and Lip Flavor Oil .
Lip Flavor Oil is actually a lip safe scent so the lip balms only have a smell , not a taste.
I use lip balm flavors and/or essential oils in my lip balms. Neither will add a taste to a lip balm without adding a sweetener to them . A lip flavor oil is a lip safe scent and not actually a flavor. When sweetener is added to a lip balm you are more likely to lick your lips to taste the lip balm which will tend to make your lips more chapped.

If you purchase multiple lip balms and are unhappy with the first one you open , mail any back (buyers expense ) that are still in the shrink wrap and I will refund the ones you have returned.
