CONSTRUCTION: 100% wool felt. This hat is draped, hand blocked, sculpted and accented with pintucks and a small feather. The brim edge is professionally finished with millinery wire. A discreet black metal headband secures the hat in place. The hat can be moved along the headband and positioned to suit the face of the wearer. custom colour/ trimming modifications please read on.
