Damage or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or any damaged parts free of charge. Please contact us with photos to make a claim.

If you receive an item you did not order, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost.

Order Not Arrived / Lost in Transit

An order is not considered lost if tracking shows it was delivered. In this instance Please check with other household members and neighbors - also contact your local post office and the shipping provider with your tracking number. Occassionally parcels can get picked up by others or left at the post office Orders are only considered lost if the production and shipping timeframe exceeds the maximum stated transit time. After this period, contact us for assessment and a possible reprint.

• Faulty products will be replaced free of charge (photos required). • Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds for change of mind are not available. • No refunds for colour differences caused by screen settings or normal printing variations. • We provide detailed descriptions and images - please review before placing your order as we do not offer refunds for misunderstandings. • Wallpaper is not eligible for return or refund. Please order a sample first. Slight colour differences between samples and final orders may occur.

Ozscape Designs covers return shipping for damaged items, incorrect items, or quality issues.
