Hellenic post office ELTA is very safe and quick and cooperates with the public post offices of all countries. The item or items you have ordered will be shipped in 1 to 3 days after being informed via PayPal or Etsy direct checkout that the payment has been settled and you will be informed immediately *Refund option is not available only exchange. *We do not offer any refund on items that have been damaged through misuse.

Most of the metal materials I use are: brass, stainless steel, zamak etc. These metals are not pure silver but contain a percentage of it. They are also hypoallergenic and have a high resistance to oxidation and aging. Thus in order to keep these parts in perfect condition, you must avoid humidity (sea baths, constant showers etc.), contact with alcohol (perfumes etc) and excessive sweating! The best way to store them and keep them safe is in a plastic box or a bag. Do not use any chemicals to clean any plated item as the platingn will fade and always wipe them clean with a damp cloth. For adjustable items please adjust them gently. ***Do not forget to wear the jewelry frequently because oxygen keeps them safe from rusting.

•My main privilege and philosophy is to serve you. If you have any reason that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 working days of receiving your package. You can exchange the product within 7 days from the day you received it. •If you want to exchange an item you purchaced with free shipping, the value of the replacement item will be the original price minus our shipping cost. •For hygiene reasons NO returns accepted for earrings. •Clients are responsible for shipping costs.
