Custom proofs are sent 24–48 hours after the order is placed, unless notified otherwise with some items.
Unfortunately I cannot supply proofs before you order.
STOCK ITEMS - Are posted next working day.
CUSTOM ITEMS - Stickers are posted next working day ONCE approved.
Other items are posted 2–5 days after approval.

All orders are sent via Australia Post.
STANDARD POSTAGE (no tracking) 4-5 days.
EXPRESS POSTAGE (tracking) 1-2 days.
(Please note express post is not always ‘Next day’, it depends on your address, remote and rural addresses will take longer).

Custom Stickers and Cards include basic art set up if required (text, clipart picture). If you require specific images or fonts, they need to be provided.
Additional art will incur an extra fee.

No, proofs are only supplied after you have purchased an item.

I specialize in custom jobs. Please provide the following details if you would like a quote on a custom job:

If you purchased standard post within Australia there is no tracking number.
If you purchased express or international post your item has a tracking number, we can:

All custom orders receive a proof to approve before printing. If we don't hear back from you after multiple messages, your order will be posted as is. Some orders require additional information from the customer, if we don't get a reply the order will be cancelled and money refunded due to no communication.
