The quality of the duffel pack is unmatched. I was pleasantly surprised the duffel pack was way better than I envisioned based on what I read from Etsy and Kruk Garage website after I received the item delivered by DHL express service. DHL express has done an excellent job in getting the item from Kyiv, Ukraine to the Bay Area in California, US. I was able to track the item each step of the way using the DHL app. I’ve been extremely happy with DHL express. The customer service at Kruk Garage was one of the best if not the best I ever had. Katerina is the best. I forgot to to add my personalized info during my check out at Etsy website. One day after I made the purchase, I realized my mistake and contacted Katerina at info@krukgarage.com to see if she can help me out. She took care of it right away. Will make the third buy.
