We want to make sure you select the best fit as our personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing errors! *Women’s Vnecks and Maternity Shirts are a fitted style. Based on reviews on average sizes Small-Large customers feel they run true to size, XLarge-4X customers often size up.

During checkout, you will be given the option to upgrade your shipping to priority or priority express shipping.

Every item is made-to-order and most items in our shop ship out next business day (current processing time is in each listing) excluding holidays.

STANDARD 1ST CLASS MAIL normally takes 3-5 business days for delivery after the order ships out.
PRIORITY MAIL normally takes 2-3 business days for delivery after the order ships out.
EXPRESS MAIL normally takes 1-2 business days for delivery after the order ships out.
INTERNATIONAL (Canada) 2-3 weeks for delivery after the order ships out.

We want you to love your new purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on any non custom order. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order If you are not satisfied with your item(s) you may return/exchange it, in brand new unworn/unwashed condition with the tag, for a refund/exchange within (7) days of receiving your purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs both ways for returning the item(s). Please contact us for details on returning/exchanging.

THERE WILL BE A RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS. In order to keep our prices low and offer free shipping to all buyers, there is a restocking fee on any eligible return to cover the original shipping fee.

No we cannot cancel orders since all items are hand printed to order, we start the production process almost immediately after the order is placed. For this reason, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or make changes to the order. Please message us and if by chance we haven’t started on your order we will be more than happy to cancel it.

Unfortunately this does happen on occasion. USPS will mark a package delivered when in actuality it hasn’t been delivered yet. On all occasions we have encountered the package ends up being delivered a few days later.

We do our best to ship your orders out next business day, however, once your package leaves our hands, the remainder of the trip is out of our control.

USPS experiences delays during the holiday season. This is nationwide and affects all packages, not just It’s Your Day Clothing. If you want to make sure your package arrives by a specific date, please choose priority express during checkout.
