This hanger is crafted from high-quality beech wood and features notches on both sides of the arms. The hook color will perfectly match the color of the wire name. Please note that the natural hanger comes with a silver hook option only.

===How to order

1) You can choose a name or phrase with up to 18 letters. Unfortunately, hyphens cannot be included with the wire. By default, a little heart will be added on top of the letter 'i' unless you specify otherwise in the note section. The wire will be crafted exactly as it is typed in the note section. (Uppercase count 2)

2) Bow color --- If the bow color was not specified, an ivory bow will be added by default.

3) Wedding date ------ Date will be formatted in the month (not abbreviated), day, year style. For example, if you provide the date 'December 5th, 2023,' it will be engraved in the format 'December 5, 2023.' The engraved date will appear in dark brown on white and natural hangers, ivory on dark and black hangers.

If your order is return to me because of the incorrect address, I will send you a message asking for the correct mailing address along with a link to purchase a new shipping label. HangingWithTheBride will not cover the charge to resend a package due to the wrong address that was submitted with the order. The package will be discarded after 3 months from the day I contact the customer.

Refunds are only available if the product had a shop-responsible mistake and we are contacted within 2 days of delivery date. Any mistake made in the shop notes or customization by the customer is non-refundable. Refunds are also available if the package is "lost" in delivery. This means that the tracking says delivered, but the package was not received by the customer.

This is really really cute! It is going to be a show stopper at the bridal shower. The design is amazing. It doesn’t feel as sturdy as I’d hope but hopefully it will hold the bride’s wedding dress - my only concern.
