What is flat rate shipping?

Whether you buy 1, 2, 3 or more items, shipping stays the same! Some sellers add additional shipping per item and I prefer to keep it one price. Plus, orders over $35 receive free shipping!

How big are the buttons?

The buttons are one and a half inches round and they are available in a pin, magnet or badge reel. Please note, the pin and magnet options are not badge reels.

What can I do with a button magnet?

I use magnets which are small and strong. I glue them inside the button. They are great for your fridge, locker or other magnetic surface. Please note, the magnets are not badge reels.

What can I do with a button pin?

They can go on hats, lanyards, clothing, backpacks, etc. Great way to express yourself! Please note that the pins are NOT badge reels.

When I receive a shipping notification has my order actually been shipped that day?

Absolutely! I will not print a shipping label unless your order has been completed. Packages are taken to the post office shortly after printing the label. I have noticed that our local post office does not always immediately scan packages so it may take 24-48 hours for an update.

What if I need a larger quantity than listed for an item?

Please don't hesitate to message me. Many times I am able to update the listing and adjust the quantity.

Are your items already put together and ready to ship?

Everything is made to order but I have a very fast processing time of 1-2 business days. Many items even ship within 1 business day!

What type of packaging do your use?

Mainly, I use bubble mailers and bubble wrap to ensure that everything arrives without damage. With larger purchases I might use a box along with bubble wrap and/or brown paper.

No. The Button Pins are designed to go on and take off easily. The pin slides over a rounded hook. One way to make them more secure is to put the pin on but don't close it. Then slide a silicone earring back over the pin just past the hook part. Next close the pin as normal. The earring stopper will prevent the pin from coming off if it unhooks. This works especially well for backpacks, hats, purses, etc. You can do this on a shirt but need to remember to remove earring backing before taking pin off. If you need any earring backings when ordering, just put a note in the order message.

- You have a choice of a black belt slide clip or black alligator swivel clip (see image 4).
- Belt Slide Clip does not swivel and clips on belt, etc. This option lays flatter than the alligator clip. Has a cord length of approximately 34 inches.
- Alligator Swivel Clip has 360 degree swivel and can clip at any angle. The cord length is approximately 34 inches.
- Overpulling beyond length of cord can cause the reel to break down faster. They are designed to hold 1-2 badges and a small object such as a key or pen. Putting too much weight on the reel will cause the cord to not retract.
