All items (with exception of address label) will be in PDF format. The text is not editable and files will be secured from opening in any graphics program. If you would like any changes in text there will be a $3 upcharge per item (with exception of the banner). Please contact us.
You will need Adobe Reader to open. If you do not have Adobe Reader you can download for free at Adobe.com. The files will come zipped. You will need to unzip them. You can extract the files by right clicking the file and selecting "Extract All" or use unzipping programs such as 7-zip, Fyzip etc.
