This item is shipped using UPS services in the United States and Canada Expedited Mail in Canada. The order comes with tracking in the US. It is not possible to ship this item to PO boxes.

We allow refunds within 14 days of receiving the product. If your canvas arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
