Items shipped directly from us typically ship out within 1-2 weeks unless we’re unusually busy, a part of the order is out of stock, or the purchase includes a pre-order item.

HOWEVER, PLEASE ALLOW 4 WEEKS FOR ORDERS TO SHIP to accommodate our frequent conventions and restocks.
If an order is needed promptly, please message us with your need-by date before placing the order to inquire about availability and shipping time.

All items ship first class or priority (depending on weight and destination) and come with tracking.

Most of our apparel and homegoods are fulfilled by WeejaPeeja.com. Orders containing both WP and in-house fulfilled items will ship in separate parts and at different times.

If the WeejaPeeja part of an order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks of the order being placed, please message us so we can figure out what's happened on WP's end.

If items are missing from an order that was completely fulfilled in-house, please contact us as there was likely a mistake.

Shipping cost depends on the amount and assortment of items being ordered, and the destination.

1.) International shipping through USPS has become extremely expensive in recent years, unfortunately.
2.) Some items are fulfilled by WeejaPeeja and ship separately from those we handle ourselves. Orders including items from both WP and directly from us will have significantly more shipping charges as they can't be combined.
3.) Even with items we handle ourselves, if there's enough variation of shipping requirements in a single order, it might mean the packaging needed is larger than our typical, and more expensive because of that.

Mouse pads aren't something we keep in stock regularly; we open orders for them every several months.

We order many of our items in large, even-numbered batches, with the intention of breaking them into sets once we get them. This makes inventory massively easier on our end, and also keeps our restocking costs down, in turn making the purchasing price lower for the customer.
It would be costlier and much more difficult to manage restocking individual parts of a set or series.

Please contact us with what you're wanting to get tattooed. We are both *typically* fine with people getting tattoos of our work so long as we're compensated in some way (such as buying some stuff from our shop, etc), and so long as we're credited in any photos you post. But please OK what piece/design you're wanting to use with us first.

We will continue to ship out all orders we're able through mid December, but orders placed after the above cutoff dates are unlikely to be delivered in time for xmas or new years. Orders placed after Dec. 16th will not ship until mid-January 2024.
