The skirt is attached with commercial grade velcro, That we provide.
Skirts are unlined
This skirt length adds a little drama, but yours doesn't have to touch the floor.
*Optional feature would be to change the Velcro feature to a rod pocket if needed
If its for a table or desk, You have the option of have fabric on top instead of the velcro attachment.
