Small-1.5cm high
Medium-2.5cm high
Large-3.5cm high.

If you have selected the option to add monogram initials to your order then all you need to do is add your item to your cart, proceed to the checkout page where you will see a text box that says 'Add a note to Indigo Artisans' and you can write the initials in that box and it will be added to your order information.

If the listing you are purchasing does not show a monogram add on option, then all you need to do is add that item to your cart then click on the 'Add monogram or more letters stitched onto your cover' link within that item listing and you will be directed to the monogram add on listing that you can add onto your order. Simpy select the number of letters required, add to cart and proceed to checkout where you can review your order and let me know what the initials are in the text box that says 'Add a note to Indigo Artisans' .

Simply add the title page listing to your cart (or if your listing has the free 1st page print included), proceed to the checkout page where you will see a text box that says 'Add a note to Indigo Artisans' and you can write the message you wish to have printed in that box and it will be added to your order information. You can also let me know if you wish to see a proof 1st.

In order to receive your order in plenty of time for Christmas, please note the following LAST ORDER DATES and place your order before this date to give it plenty of time to reach you in time:

-UK – Order by Monday 5th December for Standard post deliveries
-Order by Monday 12th December for Royal Mail Next Working Day deliveries

-USA/EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD – Order by Monday 21st November with standard international tracked shipping - takes 7-14 days on average but can take longer during peak times.

-Order by Friday 9th December if you purchase the upgraded DHL Express Shipping and please remember to provide a telephone contact number for your package otherwise the courier will not take it. Deliveries take 2-7 days

The amount you may be charged will depend on the country you are located in and varies from country to country.

Some countries like the USA have a high threshold so there are usually no charges.

EU countries post Brexit for example will incur charges.
