How much is shipping? How long does it take?

UK is via Royal Mail 24 tracked service & usually takes 1 to 2 working days from dispatch. For US, Canada, Mexico & Brazil we deliver through FEDEX that delivers within 5 working days. Upgraded Shipping available for 2 to 3 day delivery. For European Union (excluding Ireland & Greece), Norway, Switzerland through FEDEX that delivers within 5 working days. Upgraded Shipping available for 2 to 3 day delivery. For Australia, New Zealand, Europe (Non-EU excludes Norway & Switzerland) & Asia we deliver as standard through the Royal Mail International Tracked service that delivers between 3 to 10 working days. Please note that shipping delays for customs are beyond our control.

Custom and personalised orders

Unfortunately we are unable to source specific scripts for customers but still let us know which ones you are interested in that we don't have so we can keep an eye out for them. We are constantly adding new products to our shop so favourite our shop to be kept up-to-date on new arrivals and any offers we have.

Is there an invoice sheet in with my order?

We don't include an invoice as standard but if you require one please get in touch through the Contact Us link shown at the bottom of each page.

FEDEX Out of Area and PO BOX Deliveries

Unfortunately FEDEX don't deliver to PO BOX address. Please note that if your address is out of area or a PO BOX your parcel will automatically be shipped by Royal Mail which takes 7 to 10 working days to arrive. In cases where an upgrade has been paid for this will be refunded.

I've changed my mind/I don't want to pay the customs charge

While we are happy to accept returns please note that change of mind or rejection due to customs charges we will refund minus shipping costs.
