Gift wrapping and packaging

Your jewelry will be packaged carefully and safely for shipping. If you select and buy gift wrapping option, inside the shipping packaging, your jewelry will be inside a white organza gift pouch with a satin draw-string together with a beautiful 'Belinda Carmichael Silver Jewelry' swing tag and a silver or lack textured gift box. Perfect and ready for gifting.

HOW TO CARE FOR .925 STERLING SILVER JEWELRY ♥ Wear your jewelry often. Naturally occurring oils in the skin help keep the silver ‘clean’ and shiny. ♥ Starve your silver jewelry of light and oxygen when not in use. Store in a ziploc bag and inside a dark dry place such as the gift box I provide. This slows down oxidization (tarnishing). ♥ Take off jewelry before you shower, swim or sunbathe. Contact with bath/shower products chlorinated water and bright sunshine all cause tarnish. ♥ Remember to remove jewelry before doing household chores. Many household chemicals, if they come in to contact with your jewelry, will cause tarnish. ♥ Allow perfume, aftershave, body lotions & hairspray to dry completely before putting on jewelry.

Is the jewelry really made from .925 Sterling Silver?

I get asked this a lot before people buy! The answer is YES absolutely. I do not sell plated jewelry - I am a silversmith, trained in Birmingham UK, and I work only with .925 solid sterling silver.

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register) On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers (including Etsy shops) selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap). My company, Belinda Carmichael is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR). Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is Activate by Reclay. This Beautiful Monarch Butterfly Wing pendant and chain is sleek and exquisite. This necklace would look lovely with a simple T or stunning with an evening outfit.

Quality craftmanship and exceptional finish and detail are paramount in this design. It takes a lot of time to make and finish, but the result is stunning.

Expertly pierced and crafted by hand (by me) with the highest attention to detail from 0.8mm thick sterling silver, the Monarch Butterfly Wing is 35 mm in length (just under 1.5 inches) and is polished to a high mirror finish.

All materials used including the chain are solid sterling .925 silver
