While we can work with you to find a solution to lost packages, once our packages are marked "Delivered" they are considered fulfilled by our company and we are not responsible for any events after that. We highly recommend waiting a few days, checking with neighbors or apartment offices, calling your local post office, or speaking with your local mail delivery person as to its whereabouts. 99% of the time, packages marked "delivered" do show up, it may just take some asking around or waiting a few extra days!

We've also had to implement strict isolation/quarantine policies for anyone on our team who has tested positive or been exposed to COVID-19. Due to our employees being home due to sickness or exposure, we haven't been able to keep up production as readily as we did prior to coronavirus. Absolutely love this! I bought this alongside a 3T version for my 3-year old daughter - and gave them both to my husband for Father's Day.
