We ship most items in 1-5 days. Please check the shipping tab to see if the item you are looking at is an exemption to that. We ship through the US Postal service or UPS, and most packages go priority or ground advantage, with a few going UPS.

For International Orders. The customer is responsible for any custom, duty or import fees. This includes any VAT your country assess. It may look like VAT has already been collected, due to a misleading line Etsy adds to the cart, that I am not able to change. That line says "VAT included, when applicable". However, that only means if as a seller I was in the UK, then VAT would be collected. As I am not in the UK, you as a customer may be assessed a VAT fee in order to receive your parcel.

If an item is defective or incorrect we will replace or refund; simply contact us and we can discuss the option that works best for you.

If you would like to return an item because it wasn't what you needed, just email for an authorization before returning any item(s). We will not accept nor be responsible for returns that we did not authorize.

We do not accept returns of videos or DVDs, unless defective.

Returns of in-stock items in re-saleable condition will receive a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) if the return is made within thirty days of purchase.
