In order to avoid any errors, I copy and paste the information you provide. If the mistake was done by the seller, I will send you a corrected free replacement of the same item. If the buyer misspelled information, the buyer has to pay for replacement print. Changing to a different name/s does not qualify as a spelling mistake.

Please send me a message with a photos of your damaged item and the packaging. I will send a replacement of the same item.

I'm not responsible for returned/lost/non delivered packages to due to wrong address given at checkout.
If a package is returned back to me, you can pay a reship fee and I will resend it to you. USPS return to sender process can sometimes take upto 2-3 weeks.
If you don't want to wait, you can reorder the item. No free replacements for wrong address orders.

Due to high order volume, I currently don't offer custom changes or new designs. However, you can mix and max any design from my shop and change colors of backgrounds such as stripes/ chevron.

All of the items are shipped directly from my printing partner companies. Therefore, I cannot add any gift messages with your order.

We don't sell digital files of the items in our store. All items are sold as unframed prints or canvas.

We can ship to Canada. Please send us message with the size you want so that we can create a custom listing for you.
We cannot ship to to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
