All of our jewelry is custom made to order in our Los Angeles workshop. If your order does not arrive exactly as requested, we will make it right by providing a prepaid return label for repair, exchange, or refund. If your order arrives as requested but requires a size exchange or modification, we’re happy to help for a nominal fee covering production and shipping. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us. We take pride in providing responsive customer service and long-term support for our pieces.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Orders over $1,000 arrive presentation-ready in a luxury jewelry box. Appraisal certificates are available upon request. Orders under $1,000 are carefully packaged in a premium jewelry pouch. Jewelry gift boxes are available for orders marked as a gift. All pieces are securely packaged for safe delivery and elegant presentation.

Enamel care instructions

Enamel is not scratch resistant nor permanent and it will eventually chip, scratch and break. The best way to prolong the life of your enamel jewelry would be to clean it using a soft, damp cloth or a solution made specifically for jewelry. Avoid harsh chemicals as these can damage the enamel. If you purchased your ring from Divadora, don't hesitate to message us and we will help you to the best of our abilities.
