Feyza is wonderful and very talented! I requested for a smaller version of the tote bag. I'm petite and the regular size, I find too big for me. I even gave the specific dimensions and strap length. She immediately replied and went ahead. I was a bit apprehensive ordering from different country. It arrived earlier than expected. And the photos don't do justice to her awesome bags! I love the interior pockets and key ring. I didn't realize I needed those pockets until I started using the bag. Nothing gets lost inside the bag and very easy to retrieve them. Totally waterproof! Got splashed with water and there was not a trace of a stain. I was pleasantly surprised the two snaps kept all my items secure. I highly recommend ikabags!
