Unfortunately we do not accept returns for changing your mind or purchasing the incorrect size plugs. Please make sure you order the correct size and contact us asap if you have made a mistake and your order has not shipped. Once shipped there is nothing we can do about it and we cannot take your word for it that they have not been worn. This is due to hygiene reasons. Please contact us if you have any other questions or concerns about your order.

All jewelery is shipped in 2-4 business days unless otherwise specified in the listing. Our items are made to order so please see listing descriptions for how long they take to produce and ship. When purchasing express post this is a faster shipping method but items still require production time before shipping. Please take this in to account if you have a deadline.

All orders are posted by regular Australia post or international airmail and does not come with tracking. If you would like tracking please choose registered/tracked shipping at checkout. We are not responsible for lost/missing items if tracking is not purchased.
