- Each sign is hand crafted upon ordering
- All items are ‘Made to Order’
- I intentionally create imperfections & aging effects to all of my products so they will each have a SHABBY CHIC VINTAGE LOOK. Some of the characteristics may include chipped paint, chipped lettering, distressed edges, slight warpage, rust, etc.

Q: Can you make custom signs?
A: Yes. If you would like a quote for a unique custom sign, please contact me with all the details and I will be happy to provide you with a quote. Please Include: Size, Shape, Motif, Logo, Font Preference, Text Desired, Sign Color, Hanging Preference, Interior or Exterior, Zip Code

Q. What order should the names be?
A. I am happy to paint the names in any order but, the rule of thumb is the brides name goes first. The man’s first name should never be separated from his last name. When including your details, be sure to put the names in the order you want them to appear…that is how I will paint them.

Q. Do you have a font list?
A. I do not provide a font list because I am open to using just about any font. If you have a font preference other than what is advertised, please be sure to include the font name in the ‘Note to My Primitive Boutique’ text box at the time of ordering. Some suggestions for viewing fonts; Visit font websites such as www.myfonts.com or you can view them on your own computer in programs such as ‘Word’. You can also reference a font by mentioning another sign in my shop.

I will always use the fonts as shown on the example in the main photo of each listing unless you specify otherwise.

Q: Can you please confirm that you have received my order?
A: Once you have made your purchase, you receive confirmation from Etsy....within this confirmation, I also include a note. You can also view your orders by scrolling to the top of your etsy page and by clicking on 'You'...then, 'Purchase & Reviews'...You will see your purchase there which will also confirm that your order has been received.

Q: Did you ship my order?
A: You will receive delivery confirmation once your order ships. Please check your email for the delivery confirmation.

Q: Can you give me an update on my order?
A: It is extremely difficult to give updates during busy times. Respectively, if you are going to require updates, please consider purchasing our rush service. I always working diligently and make every effort to create all orders in a timely manner.

Q. I need my order right away, how do I request a rush order?
A. If you are in a rush and need your order delivered sooner than our advertised production time, we are very happy to rush your order.
