Pillows are not standard size and no size was given to me and they don't fit my pillows. Bad customer service and shipping was horrible. Overall very unsatisfied.

1. WHERE DO YOU HAVE SUCH INFORMATION THAT THIS IS THE STANDARD SIZE? In the description of the product are the dimensions of the pillowcases (50x60 cm) and you should check this before placing an order. THIS IS NOT OUR FAULT THAT YOU DIDN'T MEASURE IT. 2."Bad customer service"We'd be grateful if you would tell us why?We answered to all of your messages asap.So we don't quite understand. 3."shipping was horrible" Your order has been shipped four days after you placed an order. It's not our fault that couriers in US deliver packages when they like.In our country they are sent immediately and we don't have any influence on what happens to them abroad.We can offer faster shipping to the US but it would cost 3 times more. +If the pillowcases didn't fit on your pillows you could contact us and return it.
