These items are very fragile in nature. Please handle with care and keep in a cool and dry place to avoid tarnishing. Do not wash the items, as they will break & loose stones in the process.

Most of our belts are offer in two closure styles: ribbon sash or clasp closure. Most belts are worn at the small of your waist. We encourage you to measure with your dress on to allow for any added length needed due to the dress's fabric/boning/undergarments.

For ribbon closure: All of our standard belt lengths will fit any size. The major difference between the sizes is how far the bling portion of the belt will extend. If you are plus sized, please feel free to ask us to add some additional ribbon - this is at no additional charge.

Yes we do, based on availability. There is an additional charge for rush production and shipping. The rush option is available during check out under the shipping method.

Please note, if your event/date needed is before our standard production time, you must select rush. We cannot guarantee the item by the date needed without it, as we cannot control shipping speeds without upgraded rush shipping.

We offer a 10% discount when ordering 4+ belts/headbands in the same style, and a 15% discount when ordering 8+ belts/headbands in the same style. Please inquire prior to purchase.

Our belts are carried at bridal salons and specialty shops around the world. Please inquire for additional information on becoming an EYMbellish retailer.

Since all of our belts are made to order and customized based on your selections, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. This is a very standard policy among bridal shops, and ensures that you will receive a brand new, never worn belt that has been made to your order.

Since everything is made to order, we offer a very large variety of ribbon colors and materials (satin, sheer organza, tulle, or grosgrain). In addition, we can order custom ribbon colors and materials (additional fee may apply).

In addition, almost all of our belts can be customized to extend all the way around your waist with a clasp closure.

We use USPS First Class Mail for our standard shipping method. This method does NOT come with package insurance, but we are happy to add it for an additional fee.

Upgraded shipping methods are also provided through USPS. These come with $100 of insurance.

Please allow 2-3 weeks in the mail for international shipping. Please note that any additional taxes/tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer, and will be paid upon picking up your package. These fees are completely independent of our shop, as you will not pay taxes at the time of purchase.
