There had been an issue with my order where it was marked as sent but did not arrive in the 4 week time frame. Upon contacting the seller the issue was quickly found (order was sent to someone else with the same order) and resolved.

I ordered my item on October 14th, 2023 and received it on February 27th, 2024. It was a bit of a wait but it was absolutely all worth it. I would ask the seller on updates on the progress of the product being made as well as shipping details. They were always extremely attentive and kind. I knew the product would take a while to arrive since it was completely hand made and the demand was high. Once the product arrived everything was perfect. All the details on the Xenomorph and the stitching is completely on point. It looks so great I person. I would highly recommend anyone who is a big fan of Alien. This is something you cannot get anywhere else and it is probably the best Xenomorph product out there. I will definitely be buying again from this seller!
