I work and store my goods in a completely smoke-free environment. My items are stored in a pet-free environment, however my cottage where I work putting the items into my shop isn't pet-free. I do have a dog who is often asleep under my desk while I work and I have cats but they aren't in the same room as I work.

I send items via Royal Mail Click and Drop service, This means I have a collection from my house of any parcels I have from Royal Mail. My local Postwoman/man picks them up when they deliver my mail. If you order I will try to book a collection for the next day, there is a limit of 5 parcels a collection so if I have more than five any others will be collected next day. I will choose which parcels go first in the order they were made from first ordered to last. This means I no longer go to the Post Office which saves me time and money. Thank you

My orders are sent by Second Class post within the UK, and economy for orders going anywhere else.

However If an order is over £20 it will be sent within the UK Second Class signed for or International Tracked And Signed for orders abroad. As the standard postage only covers upto £20 items.

Royal Mail do not provide tracking information with their standard delivery methods, either within the UK or the rest of the world. All items priced at over £20 in my shop automatically will be sent by tracked, as will orders of more than one item that come to over £20.

Yes If requested but you need to ask me. If asked and more than one item is bought I will post your order and then I will refund you the excess postage if I can. However this can only be done if all my costs can be covered Etsy fees (which have gone up) Paypal or shop payment fees and packing materials which I need to take an amount for. If the postage paid covers those costs then whatever is left over I will refund. This sometimes is not possible but I will try too. Also I have two other shops so if you buy from one or two of those I will post items altogether and combine postage over the three shops as explained above.

I pack all orders and I use a lot of bubble wrap and fragile tape to ensure your item arrives with you safely if they are breakable. Also if they are not for example posters and books with be sent in 'Do Not Bend' envelopes or jiffy bags. For environmental reasons some of the packaging materials may have already been used previously.

If your item doesn't arrive after a certain time then I will refund the price of the item. However if a certain time frame has passed being a month I cannot refund. If you contact me later than this to say your item has not arrived there is nothing I can do. I can only refund item price due to Royal Mail only refunding the item price in a claim they do not refund postage. Please note in busy times like Christmas, New Year and Easter things can get delayed especially going abroad so a longer period than normal needs to be waited for the item to arrive as it could be delayed in busy periods. If your item arrives damaged I will need a photo to put in a claim and I can then refund the item price for the same reasons given as a lost item.

If the item does a full circle and is returned to me then I will give you the option of it being sent again but you will have to re-pay postage or I refund the item price.

As of 1st of July 2020 Royal Mail are putting their prices up for parcels going to the USA, this is their statement:

'This is a result of exceptional cost increases outside of our control, we are reluctantly introducing pricing changes for parcels being sent to the USA from 1 July. We are limiting the increase to only recover the costs we are experiencing. These costs are a direct result of: An increase of more than 100% in the fees the US Postal Service (USPS) charges for the ‘last mile’ delivery of international mailSecuring air freight at inflated market costs due to a 95% reduction in air passenger flights globally following the outbreak of Covid-19.'

Very reluctantly I will have to increase the postage I charge on orders to the USA.
