1 out of 5 starsPlaced my order on September 14, 2016. It was stated that the turnaround time for products were 5 business days. It had been 7 days and I had not received any information about my order, such as a tracking number, in the process of being made, etc. I messaged the seller twice concerning the whereabouts of my order, but never got a reply back. I opened a case because the seller would not respond to any of my messages. I said that I was not looking for a refund, that I still wanted the product I had ordered. Instead of resolving the problem and sending the item, they refunded my money. The note from the seller stated that turnaround time is 5 days but it might take longer if there are holidays, such as Halloween, etc. Halloween is over a month away. Very unsatisfied with this shop and will not be ordering from here again.

Hi there! As explained the shipping info says approx 5 business day turnaround that can vary with a sudden influx of orders or a holiday. Halloween is in fact in full swing and has been for over a month and Christmas orders are coming in. You messaged the shop on a NON business day which happens to be when I choose to spend with my family and then opened a case several hours later when there was no response at 10 pm on a Saturday night. At that point in time I felt like it was best to just issue you a refund since you are unhappy.
