Custom and personalized orders

Each item is made to order so please send your requests and we will work together to create your very special one-of-a-kind item. I do charge a small fee for custom images, designs and proofs/layout changes.

I offer 5 sizes: 2'', 2'' ornament, 2.5'' 3'', 3.5'', & 4'' They are options available in the drop down menu. Gift Wrapping: Smaller items such as blocks and ornaments are packaged in a sheer organza bag, matched as best as possible by gender, season, or holiday. Larger items (up to 12") are wrapped in a black sheer organza bag for an elegant presentation. Oversized items—such as BBQ sets, large boards, or signs—cannot be gift wrapped due to their size and shape but are always carefully packaged for safe delivery and beautiful presentation upon arrival.

What is RUSH MY ORDER

Rush my order means that you are paying to have your order "bumped" to a priority processing status and your order will be completed within 24 hours. This DOES NOT EXPEDITE SHIPPING if you would also like to expedite the shipping process (once it leaves my shop) you can also purchase upgraded shipping options in the shipping setting during your order.

Loyalty Rewards/Discounts

I appreciate customer loyalty and past orders but I do not offer any discounts at this time. This is my philosophy: I feel it is more important to offer a quality product and sell it for a reasonable price up front instead of raising prices (like so many other stores, vendors, crafters do) just to show a deal or discount. The prices listed in my shop include all custom engraving and I gift wrap most items at no additional cost.

Free Shipping- What you need to know

Free shipping applies to USPS First Class Mail only. This service does not include insurance or coverage for lost, missing, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your order leaves my shop and is accepted by the USPS, it becomes their responsibility. If a package is lost or delayed, the post office will direct you back to the sender, but in the case of First Class Mail, no claim or reimbursement is available. If you choose free First Class shipping, please understand that I’m unable to replace or refund orders in the event of carrier error or loss, as I cannot absorb those costs when USPS is negligent. For your protection, I strongly recommend upgrading to Priority Mail or Express Mail.

Damaged, Lost, Missing or Stolen Parcels

If you have selected Priority Mail or Express Mail, please contact me right away if your package is lost, damaged, or delayed. I will gladly assist you with the steps to file a claim with both me and the United States Postal Service (USPS) so we can work toward a resolution together. If you have selected the Free Shipping option (USPS First Class Mail), please note that this service does not include insurance or protection against loss, damage, theft, or missing packages.

Errors: What to do next

I engrave exactly what is submitted in your order. Please be sure to double-check all spelling, dates, and details before submitting, as your engraving will appear exactly as entered. If you have additional notes or special instructions, please include them in the “Notes to Seller” section at checkout so I can review them before engraving. If an error occurs and it is my mistake, I will immediately replace the item at no cost to you. If the engraving matches what was submitted in your order but contains a typo or misunderstanding, a new item will need to be purchased for replacement. Alternatively, you may return the block to me, and I can sand, re-engrave, and resend it for a small fee to cover labor and return shipping.

Handle with care. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures to prevent warping or fading. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth—never submerge in water or use harsh cleaners. For painted or stained pieces, avoid rubbing the engraved areas. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Each block is handcrafted from natural wood, so slight variations in grain and color are part of its beauty.
