✹ TURNAROUND | TIMELINE ✹
The current turnaround time is 2-3 days (moodboards), 5 days for the logo suite conceps , with revisions taking 1-2 business days (Mon - Fri). The overall estimated timeline is: 3 - 5 weeks. The overall completion time may vary based on your response speed and approval. All communication is handled in writing, either through email or Etsy messages.

✹ TERMS & POLICIES ✹
Due to the nature of my work, refunds are not offered for projects already in progress. By purchasing my design services, you are investing in my time and expertise. While the final product will be delivered as digital files, the service itself cannot be returned.
I provide a full refund only if I haven't started working on the design, within 24 hours of placing your order. If this time has passed or you have already received proof, refunds are no longer possible.
You will have complete ownership rights to use the design in any way you choose. Your logo will not be re-sold to anyone else.
I retain the right to showcase the logo in my Etsy portfolio and on social media platforms.
I do not handle or take responsibility for trademark registration, legal fees, losses, or any associated services, regardless of the legal claim's validity.

✹ FONT ✹
I use both free and licensed fonts, which I often modify to make the design more unique, especially for logo design. I'll provide you with the names of all the fonts I used, so you can easily find them online. Unfortunately, I can’t send the fonts directly to you as it violates the licensing agreements. However, you’ll only need to purchase a font license if you plan to use it for other purposes. For business card text, I typically choose easily accessible fonts.
