Steampunk Halloween handcrafted black mini top hat on satin headband in black glitter with 2 x hatpins adorning pearls beads & a brass clock hands charm. A black rose sits on side of hat. A large real pocket watch hangs on front of hat & 2 x real clock wheels sit below hatpins. Clock wheels are placed on side of hat & 2 x mini skulls sit on either side on brim. Black lace 7 black satin ribbons are tied around center into bow at back which then trails down. A large brass key hangs from top of hat & black braid is around top & bottom.
