I don’t love this necklace like I hoped.The heart is extremely hard to move on the chain, but it does move on its own, and the chain does move around my neck, as any chain does during the day and night, and so I am frequently repositioning the heart on the chain and it goes grating along lurching, jag, jag, jag. And then there is the extender. I wish jewelry-makers would just forego them entirely because, of course, as the chain moves around the neck, that extender comes to the front and what you see is the difference in chain, as you can see in my picture. You can also see my Tiffany & Co. gold bean necklace without an extender; it’s clasp showing is a much cleaner mistake than this one. This necklace’s gold color looks good enough next to my bean, not perfect but fine. And the necklace is cute.

This is my second time purchasing the heart necklace. The heart is still amazing as the first time I purchased several years ago. The necklace chain quality seems different and not as elegant (or smooth) as my first necklace unfortunately. I still love it but I wished the chain was the same as the first necklace purchased.
