    It will be wrapped in brown Kraft paper and tied with jute twine and finished with a brown Kraft tag with your personalised note on.

Mark the arrival of a new baby with this elegant and personalised keepsake frame, designed to be treasured for years.

Inside the crisp white box frame, you’ll find a heart lovingly handmade from polymer clay, in your choice of neutral grey, warm beige, or pearlised white.

Each heart features two tiny baby feet cutouts at the bottom, and is personalised with the baby’s name, birth date, weight, and time of birth.

It’s a beautiful way to capture a fleeting moment and make it last a lifetime.

Whether you’re buying for your own child or gifting it to a friend or family member, this keepsake is perfect for displaying in a nursery.

It was inspired by my own experience of wanting to remember every detail about my children and realising how easy it is to forget unless you preserve it.

Heart size: approximately 11x10cm.
Frame size is approximately 6x6inches.

Each frame is carefully wrapped in eco friendly bubble packing and placed in the postage box.

Like it gift wrapped? Not a problem, tick the gift wrap and gift note boxes at the checkout. I can even send it straight to the recipient, just put their address instead of yours.

Gift wrap includes wrapping in kraft paper and tied with jute twine and finished with a brown Kraft gift tag. - I will include a personalised note for you.
