Please note that:
• Combined shipping is unavailable because the products are heavy and the shipping costs depend on the real weight.
• Shipping time can take longer due of holiday periods, global pandemic and other factors (such as hurricanes, and so on), as well shipping time may be longer if your location is further from the main cities.
• Orders with free shipping are subject to be only shipped via Regular Mail, except if the customer purchases a DHL shipping upgrade.
• Ordering one pair of any steel shelf brackets, the order would be shipped out via Regular Mail (USPS, Canada Post, Lietuvos Pastas, etc.), which shipping time takes about 2-3 weeks.
• The production time of our products varies, but mostly, the production time takes about two weeks for products, and 2-3 weeks for custom orders. You can see the production time of specific items in the listing description.
• If you had placed an order consisting of items with different color finishes or different designs, the production time will be longer and can take up to 3-4 weeks to make the whole order.
• Placed orders will be shipped to the address which is specified on Etsy site. If the address is incorrect or not full, we are not responsible a non-delivery situation or its return. If the order was returned, and you would like to get the order re-shipped, you will have to pay for the order return and re-shipping fees.
• Your placed order can be shipped to other address, but please specify it within 48 hours after placing an order.
• We require you to include your mobile phone number in the "Message to Seller" box or in the separate message, so that the DHL courier could contact you regarding any matter about the delivery of your order, as it is required by the DHL courier service.
• If there is a certain date you need to receive the items, please specify the date until when you need the items. If you will not provide a certain deadline (if there is one) and if the order would not reach you by the needed time (which was not specified), we would not be responsible for it.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
All custom listings or bulk orders are welcome! Be sure to inquire us about them!
We can also do bulk orders as well. Such orders would include special discounts, corresponding to the size of the order.

FINISH OPTIONS:
If you are not sure what color finish to choose, we highly recommend purchasing a metal bucket in the desired finish or a single hook as a color sample.

INSTALLATION:
Please know that we are providing the supplies for your project, and we are not hold responsible not responsible for any damage to walls, drywall, or items due to failed shelving systems. Brackets should be installed into wall studs when mounting. Not mounting correctly could result in failure and damage. If you are unsure of how to properly install them, please consult with a builder as each installation is different.

DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT/MISSING COMPONENTS:
All of our products go through final inspection before it is packaged and shipped to avoid damage. However, it can happen that items get damaged during shipment. If you received a bracket that is damaged or chipped please check all items for marks and scratches, message us and provide photos of items and shipping box. We will need this to file a claim on the item received.

CUSTOM FEES AND TAXES:
The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Most customs charges are due once the package arrives in the destination country. The amounts can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Before purchasing buyers are responsible to read all policies and description. Buyers who place and orders acknowledge they have read and checked all our shop policies details about return, shipping additional details. Buyer acknowledges that they have checked/measured sizes they needed before purchasing any items or sizes. Buyer accepts responsibility for items they buy.
