Custom and personalized orders

Some of our listings include custom/personalized labels. Let us know your party theme and what you'd like the label to say and we will create a label for you. If you have invitations or decorations you would like to coordinate with, send us photos and we will do our best to create something to match. We can add photos, text, characters, etc. A digital proof will be sent to you for approval before printing and application.

Individual bags contain approximately 2-2.5 oz of cotton candy and measure approximately 4" wide, 6" tall and 2" thick. Candy comes in cases of 20, 30 and 50. Custom orders for more or less than these quantities will go in the box for the next largest order quantity above. Be aware that shipping will cost as much as if you had ordered the larger quantity.

Our cotton candy is packaged in heat-sealed bags to be airtight. Your cotton candy will last many months or longer if the bags remain sealed and are stored in a cool dry place. Keep away from any sources of heat like garages, cars, top of your refrigerator, furnace vents, etc. The candy can never really "go bad" since it is only sugar, but it will shrink and/or melt when exposed to heat and moisture. Even the heat from your hands while handling the bags can eventually shrink the candy. I've had many ask about repackaging the candy into other containers. This can be done, but at your own risk. We recommend that you do this as close to the time of use or consumption as possible.

We ship USPS Priority Mail only. Priority Mail is 1-3 days delivery time from the date of shipment. We ship this way so you get the freshest product possible. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zip code, as well as the weight and size of the box. Cotton candy doesn't weigh much, but it does take up a considerable amount of space. We ask that you list your event date as well as your color/flavor choices and any other details in the checkout notes to seller. Shipments for weekend events are shipped on Fridays the week before. We can generally ship orders as early as the next business day, unless custom labels are requested. Please allow an additional day or two is required for the design and approval process.

We can do larger sized orders, 2-colors per bag and custom labels, so see our other listings!

We will make/ship your candy as close to your event date as possible, so please let us know when that is.

***IMPORTANT INFO***
Cotton candy, by nature, is very susceptible to weather conditions and extreme temperatures. Our bags are designed and heat-sealed to keep your cotton candy fresh longer, but you must do your part by storing your cotton candy in a cool dry place. DO NOT REFRIGERATE, or you will watch your candy shrink before your eyes as it reaches room temperature. Kind of a cool trick for the kids, but might ruin the party.
