This company is soooo amazing! Not only is the quality of the item wonderful but so is their customer service! I had a unfortunate issue with my post office that shipped my item back to him, and he shipped it back asap as I ordered these custom made for my stillborn son. There aren’t enough words to say how much I appreciate this company! Not only did he send it back to me but he also dealt with me messaging him worried about it AND he also included a small heart that has a T Rex angel on it which is now on my necklace for him!
