Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier Royal Mail. Please note, processing time may increase during peak periods, please refer to the product page when purchasing.

Europe: 5-10 business days
Rest of the World: 5 -15 business days

Express delivery
Estimated Express Delivery (from date of shipment) is as follows:
UK: 1/2 days
Europe: N/A
Rest of the World: N/A

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Item Not Received

Please note that in the event that you do not receive your order, your order will be refunded as follows:

UK – 10 working days after the date of shipment
Europe – 30 business days after the date of shipment
Rest of the world – 30 business days after the date of shipment

Returns
We will only accept returns if we have made an error with your order. Unwanted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE what method of return you are using, specific reason for the return, and your username/ ID.

We will refund the full product price and the standard return charge only, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, Alternatively, you can choose a replacement or request a credit slip.

Please note that in line with Etsy Policy all items will be shipped to the address provided on the Etsy receipt. If you wish to change the delivery address, please request a cancellation and reorder with the amended details or your order may be cancelled.

Customs Tax
We do not pay the custom charge fee on items shipped outside the UK. Custom charges outside the UK differ from country to country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
