Once payment is received, items will be shipped within 1-2 business days via registered air mail with tracking info available. Custom orders have different terms according to their complexity and materials used. In any way I’ll do my best to make any custom order as soon as possible.

Once marked as shipped your order will be delivered approx within these time frames:

Europe: 5-10 business days
Canada and USA: 10-25 business days
Japan, Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else: 10-25 business days
*business days: Mon – Fri
Delays are possible during busy periods around HOLIDAYS!

VERY IMPORTANT!

I'm sending all my items with a priority mail and a tracking number. Once I shipped the product I will write to you the tracking number so you can follow the package. Don't worry if you don't see this information updated after the order has left the country. The main reason is that most of national posts are not connected in one system.
As I use tracking number the postman will need your signature upon delivery. If you are not at home (or someone else) the postman will bring it back to the local post office. He should leave a notice with information that you have a package. BUT unfortunately very often the postman "forget" to leave such a message. they will keep your order in the local post office for 2-3 weeks (around major holidays even for less) and then will send it back to me as "Unclaimed".
Please call to your post office and ask them if there is a package on your name. 14-20 days after shipment it should be there.
Please check for your orders in your local post office.


IMPORTANT: I SHIP TO your Etsy address, unless otherwise requested. Please double-check that your Etsy address is correct! Any changes of the address are not possible once the item has been sent.
