You will notice a new field on some of my listings that asks for "personalization". This is because all international orders REQUIRE a phone number to ship; adding your phone number into your purchase process makes it easier for us to get your order shipped on time for you. Customers in Canada and the US- you can add your phone number, or just put N/A in the field. Thanks so much!

I AM NO LONGER SHIPPING TO GERMANY. With repeated issues with the German post office, and upcoming import changes and additional fees, I can no longer honour orders placed to Germany. Orders to be shipped to Germany will be canceled and refunded, unless buyers sign off on my shipping policies. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Shipping prices worldwide have gone up by as much as 30% in the past 6 months. Most of the time it is actually more than you are paying and I am absorbing some of the cost for you.

Shipping to Canada and the US is done expedited, and many people get their packages in less than a week. Once orders are out of my workshop, how long they may held at international borders is completely out of my hands, but to the US is usually a very quick process.

Madame Phoenix is NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages held or confiscated by your countries border guard, orders that are marked as delivered to the correct address and are stolen or missing, or any duties and taxes incurred on import.

Please contact your local postal service to launch an inquiry into a missing parcel, you will get an answer from them much faster. (I have to contact my shipping service, who contacts your local shipping service, it's a whole extra step that can add weeks to any missing mail investigation).

IN THE EVENT A PARCEL IS RETURNED due to not being picked up at a post office or claimed, can be re shipped providing shipping is paid again by the receiver. I cannot ship a parcel twice and pay shipping on it. In the event a refund is desired, any refund that is processed for the returned order will NOT include the original price of shipping, and WILL include a 20% restocking fee. Thank you.
