What Type Of The Vinyl Do You Offer?

Our decals are die-cut, meaning the designs/letters are cut out of solid color rolls of vinyl. There is NO background. The surface your decal is applied to will be the background. They are applied with a sheet of transfer tape that is later removed. Die-cut decals are very different than printed decals where inks are used on a clear background.

Is This Your First Time Applying Wall Decals?

Don't feel overwhelmed, our products are easy to apply! If you have never applied vinyl before, it may take a little longer the first time — it's ok to go slowly, you'll be a pro in no time. Be sure to try the included test decal, look over instructions before you get started and gather necessary tools. *Please note: Installation time may vary by individual.

Best Surfaces For Application

Our wall decals will adhere to hard, clean, dry and smooth surfaces such as walls, windows, painted metal, finished wood, glass, plastic, appliances, crafts and more! Your surface must be clean and dry for the product to stick well. Our decals will stick to lightly textured walls, but some textures may be difficult.

Will Your Decals Adhere To My Type Of Walls?

We highly recommend testing your surface with a test decal if you have any of the following wall conditions: ** Any glaze or faux paint finish. ** Wallpaper (flat, glossy & textured) ** High Gloss Painted surfaces. ** Flat or Satin Paint - may require additional patience & pressure for application. ** Egg Shell Paint - may not stick. Please order sample kit for testing. ** Textured Walls may not accept vinyl application. ** Unpainted cinder block, wood or other rough surface. ** Painted wood or plywood, may have difficulty with decal edge lift. ** Cracked, Crumbling or Peeling walls (plaster or paint). ** Not Recommended for use with with High Gloss Painted surfaces. ** Zero VOC or "Green" paint

How To Apply Vinyl Wall Decals

It's easy to apply vinyl wall decals with our step by step installation guide. Our vinyl decal products are individually precision cut letters or artwork that press onto your wall or any flat surface. The decals will arrive on a sheet. After pressing the sheet to your wall following our detailed installation instructions, pull it back and only the lettering remains. If you order artwork which contains more than a single color, each color will come on a separate sheet & need to be applied separately. Easy instructions will arrive with your order.

How To Remove Vinyl Wall Decals

We recommend hanging on to the application tool sent with your order for easy removal. If you don't have the application tool, simply grab the corner of each letter with your fingernail, a pair of tweezers or gently lift with the corner of a credit card. Pull off of the wall at a slight angle. If your lettering has been on your wall for a length of time, you may wish to warm up the removable adhesive with a hair dryer to speed up removal.

I Haven't Received My Order Yet. What Should I Do?

From time to time, packages can take longer than usual to arrive at their destination. If you have not received your order yet, please contact us by leaving a message on the order page. We'll reach out to the postal service for an update. It is advisable that the buyer also contacts their local delivery service to see if the package can be located. We are responsible for the package until the tracking states “Delivered” or “Notice Left”.

Not too difficult to peel off the backing however an absolute nightmare to peel the plastic off once on the wall, followed instructions the whole way and partner had to spend an hour with a knife flicking the decal back onto the wall before peeling off the plastic losing small dots in the meantime.”

Was not expecting £18 import tax aswell as £13.50 delivery so in total costing around £56. Not too difficult to peel off the backing however an absolute nightmare to peel the plastic off once on the wall, followed instructions the whole way and partner had to spend an hour with a knife flicking the decal back onto the wall before peeling off the plastic losing small dots in the meantime.

The item looked good when we were finally able to get it on the wall but it took a very long time to apply because all of the little spots were not transferring. My husband and I put decals up in almost every room and for every child and have never had that much difficulty before. We used two people, flattened it on a hard surface with a credit card (tried every trick!) and it still took over two hours to put up. So my final verdict is that it looks cute when up but definitely took some work.
